Why on earth would I want electronic access to my web banking account when my account had fraudulent activity on it that the bank says I an liable for. Tha'ts the second time Colombo Bank has turned off my online access. And on the subject of imponderables... why do I get different answers when I called head quarters, when I talk to a VP of the 9th street branch, when I talk to his manager?
