Subpar Service Proceed with Caution I had planned to get both a manicure and a pedicure here, but I ultimately cancelled the manicure and left early due to a highly unprofessional experience. The technicians seemed to have minimal knowledge of basic pedicure steps. They repeatedly stared at the products as if they did not know which ones to use or in what order. Don’t normally leave reviews, but I’m really disappointed. I went here to get my birthday nails done on Saturday, and by Sunday they had already started chipping. I reached out to them, and they told me to come in Monday. When I got there, they were closed, so I ended up having ruined nails for my birthday. I went back Tuesday around 4 PM for them to fix it, but the French tip wasn’t done neatly and the shape still wasn’t right. Received an email confirmation just to get there with all the chairs full and the nail techs looking back and forth at each other giggling as they tell me one can help me and I can come back. I booked the appointment because I was on my lunch break and needed to be in and out why confirm if you knew you couldn’t. It was very unprofessional
Skip this nail salon if you are not spanish speaking/presenting. The work done here is shoddy if you are not the correct race. I had to file my nails at home after the service. The nail tech was rushing so she could hyper-focus on another customer's baby. This establishment only takes Zelle or Cash App. $100 for a hard gel pedi/mani that was uneven. They have changed most of the staff. The old staff is no longer here. If you want your nails chopped go there- the old staff did amazing work
