Excellent service and quality work I dreaded taking my BMW to be repaired as I figured it would be costly, but I found Dieter at Cologne Auto Body and he made the process painless. This business is extremely professional, everything is spotless, and the reasonable quote and work time were exactly as stated. Not only that, the body work was perfect and when I picked up my car it was cleaned inside and out. I don't want my car to need body work in the future, but if it does I feel I have a friend at Cologne.
A remarkably painless procedure I was devastated when a massive deer ran into the side and back of my highlander hybrid on Xmas eve near Mammoth. The car was fortunately drivable but I was just dreading the process of getting it fixed (a previous rear-ended car of mine had taken 3 months at a different shop) and we really needed the 4 wheel drive for a planned trip to Tahoe. Everyone at the shop was wonderful - handled the insurance efficiently, told me 5 days, delivered it in 4 (yay!!), would have provided referal for renta... read more
Excellent Customer Service & That Persona Touch – Dissillussioned by car shop estimating, I was shocked when Cologne Auto Body shop treated my like Royalty from the first minute I arrived. In a time where Customer Service is dead, they went above & beyond. Not only did I get a good deal, but they bent over backwards to accommodate my smallest request. I was referred to Cologne Auto Body by the dealer who sold me my Acura. I have had work done there several times. Each time, they stuck to their estimate in both time and money. The jobs they did after two major crunches, front and back, were amazing. Dieter told me exactly what needed to be done, and specifically HOW it was done. I appreciate this level of detail. Dieter and William are honest and polite. I highly recommend this body shop.
Bad service, misleading estimate... – My five day estimate is going on almost a month at this point and my car is together but still missing a part and still requires some 'fit and finish' before the job can be considered complete. After my five day estimate turned into an eleven day project I was able to take my car home again.
