Brought my American Eskimo pup in for an ear infection. Dr Hagan was on duty that day. Asked about the dog favoring his right wrist to paw area. Was advised it was arthritis. Dr left room and never saw again. 2 technicians in room 1 person held hand aound dogs muzzle while the other gave dog 2 injections. Never requested a shot for arthritis. Dog had bad reaction and receipt did not even give name of medication. No soft muzzle used just a hand??? No Dr giving injection which I found from manufacturer is only used for relief ... read more

I brought my little man, Redrum here a few years back after he hurt his leg jumping on the furniture. We had an emergency a couple days ago, called the office, had an appointment within 2 hours. He was coughing and wasn't breathing properly. Found out my little old man has a heart murmur. So grateful for this place. Everyone here is very nice and caring.
Had a scary start to my day with my Chihuahua showing respiratory distress. They got us in right away and took very good care of my lil man. Meds are working and my baby is resting easy. Thanks Dr. Pollara 🐶
