The word incompetent cannot even begin to discribe this so called auto dealership. I supposably bought my Hummer there and I say supposably because after I thought I had bought it in late December for my move to Texas, as of mid March, the car is still not registered in my name. And after the 3RD call inquiring about this, their response was that it was the bank's fault. They have not accepted any responsibility for their many mistakes.
