BUYER BEWARE. AVOID THIS MERCHANT AT ALL COST!! I just tried to exchange the Ostrich Beach chair that is a very nice chair. I purchased on 7/10/15. Took home only to discover that the wood arm was cracked and dangerous to the person sitting on the chair as it had splinters. I purchased two of these for $240. I tried to return on 7/11 the defective chair first thing in morning. The manager refused to take it back stating their no return policy. No where in the receipt did it state this. Not your typical box store. This place has roots in Margate, they care for the community and their customers.
Been a customer for many years. Know most of the family, especially the original owners! Great, friendly, easy going, but, professional staff to assist you with anything in store! And, reasonable prices, too!!
