Mask under nose of manager. When I complained got the “ it slipped” excuse. Then stop and pull it up! It was down in their small vestibule that you must walk through to get into the store. Sorry, no excuse!
RecommendedI bought an air conditioner yesterday from Colmar. They were the only ones in the area to have one in stock and at a comparable price. That associate was very nice and helpful. We used their UPS Store and was very impressed with everything. My new go to store.
Due to social distancing, I called the store and asked if I could do a phone order. They took my order called me back with a total, processed my payment THEN delivered it to my home and but my receipt in my mailbox !!! I could not be happier !!! Thank you Colmar you are an awesome store and with excellent customer service.
Never did any rewiring of any sort. Wanted to repair two old lamps the gentleman who helped me was great, he knew just what I needed and it worked! Success.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am so tired of small businesses complaining that they are being pushed out. Try stepping up you game and offer customer service. I will drive the extra 5 Miles to Home Depot from now on.
Outstanding customer service. They are the only game in town, but you wouldn't know it. Everyone is so helpfuland friendly. Other businesses (everywhere) should take a page from their book and how to treat cuatomers. ❤

I’ve been here a few times within a span of 4 days to get painting supplies and the staff was very helpful finding what I needed and answering any questions I had. I will definitely return in the future.
