Dr. Colman and his nursing assistant are very compassionate. Dr. Colman took the time to listen to my concerns, made me feel heard and understood, and demonstrates a great amount of care for his patients overall well being and health. I am so thankful to have found such an excellent provider who I feel genuinely cares about and listens to me.
They scheduled and even rescheduled an appointment for me with Dr. Colman. The morning of the appointment Claudia called me and says “I don’t know how you got scheduled but Dr Colman is not excepting new patients”! I ask how this happened and she responds in an annoyed tone “I don’t know, would you like to reschedule with a different provider or not?” A simple glance at the reviews of Medical Specialists as a practice not Dr Colman’s personal reviews makes that answer a hard and firm “NO”.
