Hands down the most unreliable machine I've had in 16 years of buying and operating commercial equipment. Nothing but an absolute nightmare. The salesperson refuses to reply.. the tech support contacts when they feel like it.. their solutions after 2 years have been to only buy more parts or pay 4k to fly a tech out. I have had constant trouble with the 24h4 dtf printer, received bad advice from the techs to flush heads that ruined them and required me to replace them, and the only answer I get from these guys is to spend mo... read more
