We spent nearly 40k on a new Mason & Hamlin piano. The finish quickly turned a cloudy white from what the manufacturer admitted was moisture in the finishing process. I waited a year for a replacement that was refused because it was damaged and agreed to have my piano refinished. Sadly my emails and phone calls are ignored from Mr Collora and the manufacturer.
