Be warned! Column & Carney Urology is no longer on Moore's Lane and they are NOT warning their patients of the move. I dropped my uncle off for an appointment Tuesday, only to discover the business empty. Good thing I did not just drive off. I called and found their new location. When he made the appointment two weeks ago, they said nothing about the move, when they called the day before the appointment to confirm, they said nothing about it. They could not not even be bothered to put up a sign on the door of the old office.... read more
Horrible customer service, after 6 phone calls .and faxing over multiple referrals to said urology clinic . I am repeatedly told that an appointment can not be scheduled and receptionist refuses to provide Collom & Carney urology office manager name and refused to give direct phone. I advised I will go above her and ask the Collom & Carney physician board to schedule my appointment and she states , she is the only person that I will get through! Apparently she now owns the entire Collom & carney urology department. Cheers to... read more
