I wish I could give 0 stars. We have been trying to contact this office ever since my husband’s surgery, and it has been an incredibly frustrating experience. They are extremely difficult to reach. Most of the time we’re sent straight to voicemail, and when we do get someone on the phone, we’re either given the runaround or told we’ll receive a call back—which has taken weeks, if it happens at all. We had been with Dr Pickleman for years. In March 2025 my husband went into Colom and Carney as he had done every year with his kindey stones. My husband was in to check he had not developed andy stones as he had done many times before. This time in March we walked in checked in and they called my husband for a blood test? Had the blood test and no kidney stone test. They then tried to get him in for a biopsey. I canelled the biopsey because the care we had from this doctor was gone. Dr.Jason Pickleman has helped me and my condition tremendously. He answered all questions professionally and honestly. I recommend Jason for anyone looking for a urologist. I spoke to his nurse several times as well and she was very professional. I called and left messages and she always called me right back. I appreciate the both of them.
