Trying to make an appointment takes an act of congress, nobody answers the phone and requesting one online goes unanswered. The nurses and staff was amazing, but Dr. Fox was a different story. My appointment was supposed to be at 10 AM, but I didn't get called back until 12:30 so I sat waiting in the waiting room for 2 and half hours and then got called back just to sit for an additional hour. When Dr. Fox finally came in, it seemed like he didn't care.

The hospital staff is AWESOME!!! However, my issue is with parking. There's never enough handicap parking. Why??? Because there's people parking in handicap parking spaces waiting on someone that's in the building!!! I'm on crutches WITH a handicap plaque but I'm forced to park on a lot further away!!! Why can't they drop off the patient and park elsewhere??? This is VERY frustrating!!! I saw someone parked in a spot, car running, while he smoked a cigarette!!! He then got back in his car.
