Take note, I have a brand new car.I talked to my insurance agent, who told me CX would inspect and give me an estimate before I decided to repair it. But they gave me an attitude just because I signed their "waiver" when they didn't explain that they would fix the car right away. When clearly it says in the estimate that it's my decision where to repair my car but I can't because of the "waiver", fine. I got a dent and scratches on my bumper, but CX wants to replace the whole bumper. After four days, they told me to pick it ... read more
Can't say more than they came to get and give an estimate promptly. Everyone was very nice and professional. Didn't get to see there work because y vehicle was totaled
