Unfortunately my car has been hit several times over the years. Every time I bring it to Collision Works. They know me by name (and car). They are very prompt on getting her into the shop and fixed. Even take the time to get out some random scratches on the doors or what not. I believe the most days they had my vehicle is 3-4 days. They wash her before returning her to me. All staff I've interacted with have always been pleasant.
