I love my car. I personally wash it every month and ceramic coated it myself when I first bought it. So when I was rear ended and needed to find a repair shop, I did a lot of research. I've brought my Tesla here now three times and I always walk out with the feeling of having a brand new car! The first time I came in was due to a huge accident. They walked me through the whole process, helped get me in a rental, and gave me updates throughout the duration of the car being in the shop. Once my car was fixed, I realized that my steering wheel would shake while I'm on the freeway so I called them and told them the situation.
