called many times, throughout last and this week. no one has responded, needed to return two protectors and it’s taking this long to get a hold of someone
they sent wrong decal and I call to get another they sent the new one and charged me for it and we never got our credit back yet. I have called many times and they have not returned our money. DONT USE THEM.
I Don't give This business any stars , like the person before me said this company does not return calls or send your product out, I highly Recommend YOU not doing any business with them. If i could give this company negative stars i would. This company never picks up their phone and will not give you a call back when you leave a VM. They’ll tell you that you will have the part in 2-3 business days but what they’re not telling you is that they are going to charge you then wait 2 + weeks to even ship the part out. I don’t recommend this company.
We have used this company several times without an issue, we ordered something over 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word back. We got a charge confirmation via email but still no product, we have left several voicemails and nothing. We will be going another direction from now on!
