We have used this company several times without an issue, we ordered something over 3 weeks ago and have not heard a word back. We got a charge confirmation via email but still no product, we have left several voicemails and nothing. We will be going another direction from now on!
Order stuff through Parts Trader...order confirmed....wait a week or even 2 weeks, and nothing arrives. You leave MULTIPLE voice mails, MULTIPLE emails sent, and no response. STAY AWAYYYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Not sure what has happened to this company within the last few months. Previously, there was no issue, but now, it's a waste of time.
Customer service is not great. I can never get in touch with them through phone and when I send an email who knows when they will get back to me. And I wait entirely too long to receive credits from them. Once I thought they had closed down because we waited weeks to get our parts and could not get anyone on the phone.
Orders arrive very slow. 2 weeks for the last order. Already ordered new oem to ship the vehicle. Will not order from again.
Have used the company in the past with great results. However over the last month my orders are being delayed and no invoices or tracking being provided. Tried calling their phone and using all the options results in going to voice message without a return call. Even tried sending an email without any response. I sorry but I will not be using this company any longer because of the delays of getting my customers vehicles delivered.
