Best Body Shop on the East Coast!!!!! I¿m very particular about who works on my Subaru, and meticulous on scheduled maintenance and overall appearance. Going to this CollisionMax was the easiest estimate and repair work I have ever had done. I would recommend them to everybody.
Had my 2007 SUV repaired there recently; other party's insurance company paid for it. The best part of the process was the fellow who answered my questions upon picking up the vehicle after the repairs. He was knowledgeable, patient, and polite - qualities so often in short supply in our modern culture.

Excellent work, superior customer service. I had my 1999 Jeep Cherokee repaired after an accident and I couldn't be happier. I was happily surprised that someone always answered the phone when I called and answered my questions honestly and intelligently. I was not hit up for additional unforseen fees which has happened at other smaller mom & pop type shops in the past. The price was very reasonable. I will absolutely use this shop again and I will recommend them to all my family and friends.

Took my car to this place to have a bent lower radiator support fix. After I left the car there, they told me it will cost more because they forgot to include something in the estimate. That's very unprofessional. After the repair, a few problems had appeared. First, I noticed the radiator fan was left unplugged when picking up the car. Second, the engine coolant was lost daily and I later found out that air was trapped inside the cooling system.
