I was extremely pleased with their entire processing of my damage claim.
I cannot speak to the quality of their work, only the staff. When our car was towed there, I asked if they could please contact us before the insurance company, because I know the damage was going to be on the borderline of totaling the car. We had made a lot of recent investment in the car and wanted to avoid totaling. After arguing with them, because they did not want to deal with us, they agreed to call us first.
