My local Caliber couldn’t fix a Tesla windshield in Philly so I had to head to NJ. When I got there, I was totally frazzled; I realized I had lost my Tesla key card, my phone app would have to do. The front office made me so comfortable so I could hunker down and work while they worked on my car. The technician (Dave?) gave me a specific timeline, stuck to it, and then explained what he had done and what the warranty covered.
