Once again I travelled from the Eastern Suburbs, like many others. The office manager Colleen is professional personified. Everything on time. Keeps you up to speed on progress. And the owner Mark. Champion guy and a legendary leader behind a magnificent team. And a special mention to “ H” for his hands on service. You can’t wrap this place enough. The best in the business.
If you have the option to choose your own repairer, do not take your car here. There’s absolutely no urgency to get your car back to you. Every time you call and speak to someone you get a different ETA on when repairs will be completed. I was told a week for repairs, then was told it would be ready tomorrow and then was told the next day it needed to be checked by someone else again. I had my vehicle repaired through CollisionCare for an insurance claim and could not speak highly enough about the service from the team there. From the day my vehicle went in for the assessment to the day I picked it up, they were constantly keeping me informed of the progress. They did a fantastic job and ensured I was aware of everything that was fixed and assured me if there were any issues I could always bring my car back. Would highly recommend these guys for any vehicle repairs!
My car was towed to collision care after a not at fault accident. Being from a regional area I had to leave my car for 6 weeks whilst all the repairs and refits were done. I got informative messages from Colleen, as well as help and advice. Colleen then organised to have my car flat trayed to my daughter’s house, to await my pick up. Again because the car was 3 months old Collision Care had an independent assessor come out and inspect the car before release. Very happy with my experience - Colleen and the other receptionist were so helpful and lovely to deal with . My car looks immaculate and can’t give a long term review just yet on the repair but everything seems to be in perfect working order . I would recommend having your car fixed with these guys.
