The team worked hard to ensure I had my car back as soon as possible, unfortunately there were some delays that were out of the teams control but Colleen was amazing at keeping me in the loop and communicating about the status of the repairs. I now have my car back and am extremely pleased with the work that has been done.
I took my car into have some minor damage fixed. The communication with the business throughout the was great. My car looked almost brand new at the end of this. They also went to the effort of cleaning my car inside and out.
collision care is absolutely amazing ! From the very start of the whole process to the finish . Danielle and the team were absolutely impeccable. They kept me informed through out it all. Very supportive and understanding team at collision care . And the service was super fast . Not to mention there work ethic and the job they had done to my van was incredible . I would highly recommend collision care to all my friends and family 100%. Truly the best . Thank you so much collision care .
Once again I travelled from the Eastern Suburbs, like many others. The office manager Colleen is professional personified. Everything on time. Keeps you up to speed on progress. And the owner Mark. Champion guy and a legendary leader behind a magnificent team. And a special mention to “ H” for his hands on service. You can’t wrap this place enough. The best in the business.
If you have the option to choose your own repairer, do not take your car here. There’s absolutely no urgency to get your car back to you. Every time you call and speak to someone you get a different ETA on when repairs will be completed. I was told a week for repairs, then was told it would be ready tomorrow and then was told the next day it needed to be checked by someone else again.
