Service was amazing car looks brand new, and the lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful
I was very surprised and flabbergasted! My car was repaired there there a few months back and I recently noticed there's still tape around the window. I tried to remove the tape but it left sticky stuff. So I took my vehicle to the office and I was thinking I was going to make an appointment. However, the lady who worked there takes me out to my car and tries to peel the tape off. It won't come. So she tells me I need to go home and use a plastic scraper to get it off. I don't recommend this company to anyone. I went to try to understand the absurd charge to repair small damage to my car and she called the police for me. They charged $6000 to put 3 or 4 new plastics back in my car. As my deductible was 1000 dollars he invented these extremely absurd values and I still need to pay them another $1000. Totally disappointed considering I have a nice car! I had to take my car there twice and still need a third visit due to headlight still not right. Mind you I live 40 min out of town so it cost me gas and money each trip. I’m not sure what manager would say this passes inspection, I don’t do body work and can tell this isn’t quality work. Gerber collision did excellent job on my vehicle.And they also cleaned it up, which was very nice i will take my vehicles there again.
