Believe it or not, this is my third time coming to Collision Works—and twice in just one year with the same car! My daughter hit a pole, and more recently, I was hit in an accident. Through it all, Collision Works has continued to provide some of the best bodywork and customer service in town. The experience was stressful and the owner made it worse with his harshness and rudeness towards me (a female) when I had to return the car twice for NEW issues DIRECTLY RELATED TO THE COLLISION caused by another driver. The receptionist and mechanic acted reasonably and respectfully.
