We had used Collision Veterans before. Our 2023 Venza was side-swiped and needed lower panel replacement and repair, some painting. Very good coordination between owner, insurer and the shop. Communication was clear, timely, focused and helped us make decisions about using one car or getting a rental. Once finished, we were out of town, but holding it a few days was simply done. Highly recommended.
These guys are the best. They gave me a very fair estimate of the cost of the work and when to expect the job to be done. Their work is too-notch and guaranteed for as long as you own the car. This is a rarity in auto-body paint circles!
Work done on time as promised. I am completely satisfied!
