Amazing service. Amazing customer service. Sal was absolutely amazing. Our car was there for 3 months. Our insurance lacked communication and it ended up being 3 claims. Sal was patient and always made us feel like us not being stressed about the situation was priority. The quality of work was beyond our expectations. I had such a great experience with Collision Tech from start to finish. My car was hit while parked, and as someone who’s never really dealt with the repair process before, I was pretty stressed going into it. Their team made everything incredibly easy, transparent, and professional. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process — they kept me updated, explained everything clearly, and handled both the repairs and insurance side smoothly.
