Placed an order for 3 boxes nitrile gloves. With shipping it came to $49.34. Never received my order. FedEx claims to have delivered it, I was home waiting, it didn't show up. While I understand that is not Collision Supplies fault, it damn sure isn't mine. I didn't choose FedEx, they did. Now I am out $49.34, & Collision Supplies & FedEx both are saying they can not/will not fix this. Real class act, both companies. Customer service no longer exist, just excuses & greed.
