0 stars is not an option or I would have chosen that. They did not fix my truck after hitting dear on interested . The strating is still way off. Nothing was done to fix it
I'm not one to usually make reviews, but I couldn't NOT review Gerber Collision. Hands down the best experience with a collision center we could've asked for after my husband rear ended another vehicle. They provided multiple text updates of the status of our car, along with a website to show you the status. It was ready to pick up within a week of dropping off and to top it all off, my husband received a call about 6 weeks later from them saying we won the raffle gift card they had going on. Can't say enough great things about them from start to finish! They always kept me updated every week if not twice a week. They handled everything with the insurance. And the people working there are so welcoming and kind. Will for sure be back if the need ever arises again!
Fast, friendly, and professional! I thought it would take a month for my car and it was done in less than 3 weeks! They updated me almost daily , and they detailed my car when I picked it up :) HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
