I had a great experience at Collision Specialist. I have a 2009 Highlander still in great shape except I had one fender that was starting to rust very badly. I got a couple bids where they wanted to replace the fender with a new one and paint to match the rest of the car but it was much more than I wanted to spend. So I gave Karissa my budget and she offered to scour the Nation for a used fender that matched my car’s paint and they did exactly that and installed it all within my price range. Great experience at Collision Specialist! After hitting a deer, Greg looked at my car the same day I called for an estimate. They worked with my insurance company to get the repairs approved and parts ordered quickly. During the repair process they kept me updated of the status and it was completed in a shorter time than expected. Being able to receive a loaner car while mine was in the shop made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
