Tried to call for an estimate for out of pocket, small business vs chain location only got voice mail and didn't want to just stop in. When someone did answer and said 'don't call here no damn more' wow!!! This would have been my 2nd trip to this shop. Never again!!
Not sure how this has 5 stars when the person who answers the phone tells you I’ll be honest I’m not writing an estimate I’m not fixing!! Wow just wow. Professionalism goes a long way. Don’t you understand companies require 3 estimates before they will pay you. It’s your business but be careful how you treat people.
These guys do fantastic work! Nice people as well. Would recommend to anyone
