Pésimo servicio mi troca yeba mas de 3 meses y no la entregan cada que ablo solo ya casi está lista seguro para mañana😡😡😡 y nunca se yega el mañana mi error fue yebar mi troca aese tayer abiendo muchos en otro lado trabajan las rápido no pierdan su tiempo yebando su carro ahí

This place is amazing. I needed some serious body work done on my truck after having a tree fall on it, and then being rear ended. They guided me through obtaining a rental vehicle while they began the process of repairing my truck. They kept me up to date on the process, and on how the repairs were going. Car took 2 months, which was much longer than the insurance adjuster estimated. ZERO communication. If you don't call them, you will have no idea what is going on with your car, they will not reach out for an update EVER, not ONE TIME in 2 MONTHS. When you do call them, they will say something like "it should be this week" and then it will take another 2 weeks. Customer service, communication, and being timely or accurate with their time frame is not their strong suite.

3 vehicles and 4 incident. Same experience each time. High quality work but tend to be very slow on delivery.
