The Best thing about them was when I never had to go back.....I ran into an 18 wheeler tire on I-94...superficial damage but there was enough to warrant a claim. The owner and office manager are really nice people. I brought E46 BMW 3-Series Sedan to them and they were polite and courteous. I took my car to get it fixed to that place, bad idea, first of all, they told me a date of completion but turns out it took a week longer than that, i did not have a rental car, the repairs where not high quality like promised, i had to take it back to have them install retainers that were missing, the paint does not look nearly as the one from factory, some areas have some rough texture, where other seem to be dry, you can see sanding scratches on some areas, and my car has this film of dust on the windows that was not the... read more
