I had my vehicles repaired at The Collision Shop three times. All three times I was very pleased with the service I received. My vehicles were repaired in a timely manner, and my vehicles looked like new when completed. A very clean shop. The owner very courteous & fair. He painted my 93 BMW740. It was my pride and joy. It looked like new. I was so impressed with the collision shop 's work I had them do work on my 93 caddy fleetwood. I highly recommend this shop for any body work & paint .

This is the third vehicle I have had repaired at The Collision Shop, Brownstown- two major repairs, one somewhat minor. A few weeks ago I had a collision requiring repair through my insurance company :(. took the vehicle to this shop and as usual, Lawrence, the manager, immediately got on the phone with Citizens to get the ball rolling for the appraiser to get out and see the damage. took my truck there to get fixed after being in an accident. Paint color did not match up with the rest of the car, the paint had dirty specs all over it, the back bumper was missing paint. Somehow my windshield was replaced and my roof had work done on it PLUS painted and there was paint missing HOWEVER there was nothing wrong with either of them when i took it in and i did not pay for those things to be fixed. obviously someone damaged my truck while it was in there. WARNING!!!!!!!!!! I went there to get my 2013 Kia fixed, Lawrence the rep there has the nerve to have the person sign a POWER OF ATTORNEY TO DRAFT THE INS ck without explaining that to them. He continued to harass the INS company to send the ck when he gets it cashed it then let my car sit for over 3 weeks before repairing it. I get it after a month guess what? Bad customer service, unprofessional owner/operator, unqualified or just plain lazy employees, and bonified scam artist! I took this business my car because they said they would help with my deductible. After two months and six times of being called to say my vehicle was finished, I am having more problems now than original accident. The owner/operator's name is Lawrence Feegan. He is a big time scam artist. He drives a Lexus but treats you and your car like a chevette. There is no quality control about this place. You can't... read more
