Where do I start. I called to make an appointment for estimate & repair. Got to the shop in Melrose Park, IL on the scheduled date & was NOT greeted by a receptionist (I think that's who she was since she never identified herself). I told her what I was there for &, not even looking up from her computer screen, asked me "Name". NOT EVEN A HELLO! She confirmed I was scheduled for an estimate. I said estimate & repair.
