We were in an accident this winter. Hit in the side with structural damage. Emily walked us through the entire process. Very knowledgeable and professional staff. Exceptional communication with frequent updates on progress. Vehicle looks great, like it never got hit. Worked with insurance and took care of everything. I’d highly recommend them.
Very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the length of time it took to do the mechanical repairs. Otherwise very helpful
First, a shout out to Taylor and Gavin for excellent, friendly, clear communication! My car was treated with special care and returned in immaculate condition inside and out. Repairs were completed more quickly than projected. During intake they noticed the car was covered with a gritty layer that I thought was normal when I bought it used. They fixed the finish all over at no cost so it looks new! I can’t thank them enough for a potentially stressful event turned pleasant!
