Update: I strongly recommend avoiding this repair company. Do not bring your car here. Brett, stop misrepresenting what happened and calling my genuine review a “SCAM”. A properly completed repair should not be causing water ingress within such a short period of time. Following my insurer’s instructions, I returned the vehicle to Collision Repairs Takanini. Derryn went above and beyond with her customer service and was incredibly accommodating to us throughout the process. After dealing with the stress of a car collision accident, she made the experience so much easier and more reassuring. Really grateful for her kindness, professionalism, and support.
