Just got my civic back from these folks. Car was unfortunately side swiped by a semi trailer and sustained some worrisome brutal damage. Needed costly repairs but these guys got it done quickly. Car looks like brand new! No issues noted after driving away. All the staff were super friendly. I called numerous times for updates and every time the man on the other end was cool and chill. Avoid this place at all costs! The shop staff were extremely unprofessional. Although they repaired the accident damage, they caused additional damage and lied about it. When I picked up my car, they had forgotten to reattach a bumper part. The shop employee claimed it was missing when I brought the car in, but I found the part on the back seat! We are so BEYOND impressed with the crew.. Mike, Alan and Henry just have our hearts! They are sooo efficient, value your time, and streamlined.. it almost doesn’t feel real. With TD insurance and Enterprise rental right next door, you are in and out in a jiffy.
