Excellent shop. This is our second vehicle to be repaired by Collision Pros. Their work is top notch! Madison is such a great person to work with. She always has a smile and projects such positive energy. The manager Brent Rees is totally dedicated to quality service and he is there to answer any questions or concerns. It is also nice to see how they support the local community of Loomis. Highly recommend these folks.
Sadly, we have had several minor accidents with our Infinity over the last 3 years. We used two different collision repair shops with absolutely dismal results and customer service, so I was determined to find another this time. I cannot tell you how delighted I have been with Collision Pros! From the front desk, to the service people to the management, what a breath of fresh air!! If needed, GO TO THESE GUYS!!
