I brought my car to this shop after an accident and needed an estimate for the insurance claim. Throughout the process the shop said no repairs would be done without a final estimate AND my approval. Despite that, they completed $3,700+ in repairs WITHOUT MY CONSENT--written or verbal. My car has NEARLY 200,000 MILES and isn't worth much more than the repair cost.
