I needed some body work on my Toyota. Burt at Collision Pro worked up an estimate for me that was about the same in cost as the other estimates I received but his estimate included items that were not on the other estimate. He said that if the parts were not needed then I would not be charged for the items. The body work was fine but they scratched up my leather steering wheel. I also noticed scratches on my passenger side window. I’m very meticulous about maintaining my car, and those scratches were not there when I dropped off the car.
Accurate estimates. Willing to adjust for damage not evident at initial estimate. Great office staff Definitely recommend them to everyone needing repairs.
