Worst body shop ever and they're liars can't keep their word my truck paint job looks like shit
They have had my car for 6 months. Their service manager has lied to me a dozen times on why it’s delayed and when it will be ready. GEICO paid them in full. Only needed 5 days work. Went to the police and Had to hire a lawyer now.
I took my car to Collison Maxx in Burleson and they were very friendly, professional and courteous. They allowed me to keep my car while they ordered the parts and waited for the parts to come in. They called me when the parts came and kept my car for a week and replaced bumper finder and hood and painted and matched the paint perfectly. I was completely satisfied the work and time that it took to do the repairs. will use them again if I have to.
There people are horrible. You do not want to trust such a high investment of yours into the hands of these people, I have an unaligned fender and a BANGED out dent they tried to pass off as paintless dent repair. If you go there you deserve what you get.
I have used both Collison Maxx service centers. The first time I put my car in Haltom City shop. They were friendly and professional. They did all the paper work and called the rental car service for me. My experience was so good. When I had a fender bender the following year I didn't think twice. The Burleson Collision Maxx was just as friendly and professional.
Excellent business. They do superb work, are very friendly and helpful. Jennifer Schipper and her staff are top rate. I have used them before and if necessary will use them exclusively. This was on a Jaguar S type and a Jaguar XKR. Very, very pleased

Collision Maxx is TERRIBLE!!! They had my car almost 51 days, and still returned my car with pieces not fixed! They billed my insurance for these parts, cashed the check but never actually fixed the parts! Then told me I was out of luck! That my insurance would have to pay more money for the parts because they supposively never recieved any payment for the parts! While my insurance shows they have already paid for all of these parts! Collision Maxx in Burleson, Texas Customer service sucks!! No communication skills. Keith was horrible to me on the phone. They never called me to let me know anything and when I asked why I wasn't notified about my car not being ready Keith told me he was too busy for that and what does he expect me for him to do? call me 5 times a day?
