Can’t be more thankful for the incredible staff and friendly atmosphere. My vehicle had over $15k worth of damage, and I got her back better than ever with full OEM parts and ZERO issues. Tom was great. He answered every one of my calls and texts over the couple months it took to do all repairs, diagnostics and paint (my car is one that parts are not readily or easily available). Awesome. Collision Masters did a fantastic job coordinating our vehicle repair. They didn’t over promise to get me to come in and set a realistic repair timeline while accommodating my needs. They beat there stated deadline. This was extremely important as we are a single car family. Repair was perfect. In addition to good honest work, they have excellent Customer Service. Let me just start by saying Thank You! This is by far the best body shop I have ever been to. I am very Attentive when it comes to my truck. They went above and beyond on the body work - it looks brand new! Spotless on the inside as well when they were done and I’m amazed at how fast and accurate they accomplished it and it was not minor damage. 2024 Ram 2500 Tradesmen was involved in a hit/run, took my truck to these guys for some body work. The staff was awsome, courteous and very professional staff, that kept open/honest communication and when I picked the truck up and the paint is better than Factory Condition. Thanks Tyler!
