Took my Tesla 2017 Model X in for a quote on repairs due someone blowing a tire in front of my wife and the tread caused some damage. Decided it wasn't worth it to repair, paid the tear down fee and proceeded to pick up the vehicle. They took the removed parts and placed them inside, which is what I expected. Every person at Crash Champions was polite, expedient, professional, and knowledgeable. They did not take my truck until the had the necessary repair parts. They were done with it within the week, like 4 days, i think. Drop off was easy, pick up was easy, getting a rental was easy. They are great over there. I'd recommend them to anyone!
Allison and everyone else at Crash Champions were incredibly helpful and professional. I took my car in for a new bumper. The finished work looks great and it was very quick! They kept me up to date on the repairs, and answered all my questions. I would definitely bring my car back here!
I bought a used Subaru with a great discount due to the door damage. Wanting to get it fixed, I shopped around body shops in Lubbock for a reasonable price of repair. Went to Crash Champion, due to a recommendation from a mechanic, and Eric was so helpful in getting me an estimate for the fix.
