I bought a used Subaru with a great discount due to the door damage. Wanting to get it fixed, I shopped around body shops in Lubbock for a reasonable price of repair. Went to Crash Champion, due to a recommendation from a mechanic, and Eric was so helpful in getting me an estimate for the fix. Received instant estimate and repair work was done on time, as promised. They kept me informed during the repair work. I want to mention Ms Shelby Ishmael, who made the process easy and smooth. Their front desk staff is also very supportive.
🤌 My car looks like it did fresh off the lot! You would never know anything happened. Frank did an excellent job of the repairs and Miss Harley kept me informed every step of the way.
As whole their service and customer service is very bad especially those damage estimators where you want to fix one damage and they estimate another one and repair different damage. At the end of the day, your vehicle will be the same damaged. It’s pretty sucks. They don’t inform you in the middle of what they’re doing to your vehicle and they will only call you when it’s finished where you will be socked because they did something different than you want.
