I had a terrible experience at Crash Champions, mainly due to their front desk staff and management. From the moment we arrived, we were treated with disrespect and a complete lack of professionalism. The front desk staff was rude, unhelpful, and unwilling to assist us with locating our appointment, despite it being their error that caused the issue. 🤌 My car looks like it did fresh off the lot! You would never know anything happened. Frank did an excellent job of the repairs and Miss Harley kept me informed every step of the way.
Save your money and Go elsewhere!!! They get the cheapest parts possible!! They took forever to give me my vehicle back. Once i finally got it im greeted with mismatched paint, screws/clips missing, And trim peices flapping and rattling. Talked to the manager who just told me "well thats the reality of putting cheap aftermarket parts", which is funny because if he would have told me that from the beginning i would have took my buisness elsewhere. As whole their service and customer service is very bad especially those damage estimators where you want to fix one damage and they estimate another one and repair different damage. At the end of the day, your vehicle will be the same damaged. It’s pretty sucks. They don’t inform you in the middle of what they’re doing to your vehicle and they will only call you when it’s finished where you will be socked because they did something different than you want. After my son was finally able to CK his pickup out, he noticed things that were broken that hadn't been..smh I think you need to fix his pickup and rent him another pickup in place of his. This son of mine worked his rear off to save and buy his own vehicle just to have it damaged by your staff. I'm going to address this with our insurance.
