Vehicle was brought here (after 7 months of waiting) to have repairs done on the box of or truck. Suddenly the day we picked it up, the backup camera and locking mechanism no longer work. The body shop is denying this is their fault, but I found it strange that after 7 years of the backup camera and lock working (and the body shop admitting these did indeed work when we brought the vehicle in for repair) suddenly it’s not working, nor is it their fault (even though they worked on the box of the truck).
