Spoke to Kevin about my window at my first visit. My window would not close all the way when my mirror got hit. I thought it would cost a lot, but instead Kevin didn't charge me a dime. The job took about 10-15 minutes. He was very polite and has earned my business!
Kevin, Arlene, and the rest of the team are 100%, A+++++, quality people and their work matches. I was rear ended at a dead stop on the highway and my car and I got banged up pretty badly. I was referred to them after other shops said the vehicle was too big of a job for them with the extensive damage that was involved. Kevin, the owner, was fantastic! He was completely honest with me about what needed to be done with my car and what he could do for me that wouldn’t break the bank. If you need work done on your car I wouldn’t go anywhere else!
I own Mustang convertible. A few years ago Collision Express did body work for me which was outstanding. Today, I went in to show the guys a fender on my car that had a problem with the paint peeling. After Kevin McCarthy looked at it, he said it was the lacquer that was peeling. He said pull the car in the shop and he would work on it. He brushed on some lacquer and problem solved. It looked terrific! I was very impressed.
