My car was brought into Joseph Maestas (owner) shop for repairs in which he communicated to my insurance adjuster that would only take 14 days. That was July 26th 2016 and we are now on day one of October. I regret that I did not take the time to thoroughly research this location. Not only has it been more then two months of waiting but Joseph has a habit of not answering or returning your calls. Ever pull your car in a little too far in a parking space to have the curb in front of you pull your front bumper nearly all the way off when backing out? That's what happened to me. I took the car to a shop where I was quoted for a new bumper. Then I went to Collision Experts. Joe, the owner, told me he'd fix the existing bumper free of charge. Not only did he do an excellent job of repairing the bumper by replacing the clips and a few bolts, he had the car detailed inside and out. That's outstanding customer service. Keep ... read more

I must say I went out on a limb at first having my vehicle taken to this shop without any prior knowledge just a recommendation from my tow truck driver but he assured me my vehicle was in the right hands and I wouldn't be disappointed.
