He was referred to me by ***** ****with a high star rating. Upon that I received my car back in worse shape than the accident had caused. From receiving bills in the mail from tolls with dates my car was in the shop, to him returning my car by having to jump start it, requesting $10,000 for ordered parts for the damages, none of which were repaired.
