Great place but they are currently over booked. Needed to keep the truck for 6 weeks. Have done business with them twice before. Great job both times
Needed a quick fix in a traveling situation. Called them up and they were able to help me out and get my car fixed within 20 minutes of my call to them. Awesome service, great people!
Out of four estimates, not only were they the lowest, they could get to my car the soonest. They were the only ones that offered to fix my headlight that would make me legal to drive at night until the complete repair. They cleaned up the section of car that was wrecked and made it look much better until the final repair. The people working for this business are awesome. So thankful to have Collision Craft fixing my car.
Friendly enough staff as mentioned in other reviews and great service. Up until payment. They failed to say there's an extra charge for card payments. Most businesses disclose this PRIOR to charging. I would've used a different method of payment. But, the front desk didn't care to give this courtesy notification. She only aggressively asked for my card information while I was communicating that I wish I had been told of this.
