THEY PUT ME IN A DEATH TRAP! I am giving this place a one-star review until my situation is rectified and let me tell you why... I came the collision concierge and brought my vehicle to them based on an advertisement that stated they covered your deductible, and gave you a rental or loaner car to use while your car was being repaired. That was very enticing to me as I had recently got new insurance and unknowingly been given bare Bones coverage when I typically prefer to pay more to have better coverage. This company is great,this company really did a amazing job with my car.I didn't have to come out of pocket for my deductible it was completely cover and no down deposit for my rental either. Me not having to come out of pocket saved me alot of money which in my case worked wonders for me ,they also detailed my car inside and out which was also great too .I definitely will highly recommend their services 💯 percent. Great work! Professional and they keep you updated by communicating via email or phone calls. Even when the insurance company didn't cooperate, the managers were on top of my claim. Most importantly, they pay your deductible! I cannot thank them enough. They met me to pick up my car. This has been the best service in spite of being in an accident. Should the need arise, I'd use them again. Highly recommended.
I’ve never had such a smooth experience with a body shop. Free pick-up, a loaner car, and they even handled my deductible. Exceptional service!
Great service. I kept hearing advertisements for them on the radio but never needed them. Until I did. I got rear ended and between my insurance and the other guys insurance, it was taking a long time to sort out. I called these guys on a Friday and Jenny drove out to pick up my car on Monday. BTW, I live an hour feom this place. Jenny was very nice and dropped off the loaner. I signed the paper work and that was it. My insurance covers 80% of a rental car but I didn't have to pay anything with these guys. The only nit picks... read more
