He pulled the dent out, smoothed the surface, replaced the side retainer. The car is near its original shape with a saving of several hundred dollars. In my view, he is the expert. I feel lucky to have found Howard at Collision Concepts because I have an old Honda that had rust on the rear fender that was spreading. My local body shops were too busy to be bothered. It is a shame he doesn't have more staff and is always so busy. Regardless, his expertise is well worth any wait. A + plus for work, honesty, and value.
