If this is the only place available to repair your car, total it! They had my truck from the end of December to April 3. They had little to no work ahead of mine and still took that long on a 2015 F150. Getting a finish date was impossible. Parts received were wrong color, damaged, or didn't fit. The whole crew plays nice and friendly to get your business but it goes away quickly. They promise to keep you informed but the only updates I got was when I called them. My only problem was I received constant reminders stating my car would be ready on xyz date only to wait an additional 2 days . Also please note for insurance claims, they will do the most cost efficient job. I was satisfied but If I was paying out of pocket I would have requested new bumper vs repair
It’s been a year, and these clowns still have my car. The owner, Francis, will tell you anything you want to hear so you’ll go away. I’m in the process of litigation to get my car back, so do yourself a favor, stay clear of this dishonest shop.
