I had my 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 AT4 repaired at Collision Centers of St. Louis following an insurance claim, and my experience raised serious concerns regarding both workmanship and communication. At the time of pickup, I immediately noticed that the front bumper was not properly aligned. I brought this to the attention of a representative (Matt), who took the vehicle to the back and attempted to adjust it by pushing and pulling on the bumper. I received my vehicle back making break noise. On top of the long wait of them keeping the vehicle. They had the vehicle for over a month for a $3800 damage claim. If you don’t mind waiting and rude customer service this is a place for you!!! The fog light wasn’t properly secured on the bumper. Airbags light is still on!
I went there to replace a windshield and back glass and they didn’t clean the glass a was in the trunk and under the seats
