Nick, Kari and Deb were all so very helpful throughout the whole process, couldn’t thank them enough for all the work they’ve done.
Worst experience ever. They had my car for over 20 days and in that time never called to update me once. When I would call them, they gave me the run around. At one point, the receptionist thought I had already picked up my car. As if she didn't know where it was. Then I can't be certain but I swear my odometer is about 500 miles more than it was when I dropped it off. Plus when I picked it up, I had a full tank of gas, I only had a half tank when I dropped it off. Really weird. I personally will not go back here again.
