The team at Collision Centers of STL is fantastic! After my car accident, they communicated well and took great care of me. When I was finally able to pick my car up, I noticed a new scratch that was not there when I had dropped it off. Management was quick to offer help and scheduled to sand and paint it a couple of weeks out from the original pick up. On my way to drop it off for the scratch repair, I got a flat tire. sent my car here for hail damage, they had it for 2 weeks get the car back and within 2 days my car with only 50,000 miles thats never had ANY mechanical issue suddenly has Rod knock and i cant afford to replace it.
Very pleased with the work the timeliness of the work they did. My car got rear ended, and they finished the work in five business days. Everyone was friendly and polite. I would go back.
I hit a deer on Feb 6th 2025, I had it towed home, did some searching online for a place to take my car to. I chose St Louis collision center and now totally pleased with the service, and the time they took to fix my car. Picked my car up today and she looks like nothing ever happened! I highly recommend St Louis collision center.
